Any attempt to record, reproduce, or distribute the material provided by StrikUp, with the intention to publish it to a group of any size, whether for commercial purposes or not, without StrikUp’s explicit written consent, will be considered a violation of copyright and subject to legal action.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the services. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, client information, and personal data.

7. Limitation of Liability

StrikUp offers consulting services with the understanding that the results may greatly vary from person to person and organization to organization. StrikUp is not responsible for the outcomes of the consulting services provided. The client is solely responsible for the decisions made and actions taken based on the advice or strategies offered during the consultation. StrikUp shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

StrikUp reserves the right to terminate your access to our consulting services at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these terms, engage in any unlawful or harmful activities, or are suspected of such actions.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong or Singapore, as stated in the specific quotation provided to you. If not stated, the default jurisdiction shall be Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the specified jurisdiction.
